1Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide these documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3User Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your account password is kept secure and not shared with any third party.
• Reporting to pluang88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not using automation software, bots or any unfair methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Not engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or activities that violate the law through this platform.
• Not attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs or collude with other players unlawfully.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

pluang88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, internet banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for each withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 5 and 30 minutes once the request is approved by our finance team.

pluang88 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,000, the bonus is RM500, the balance becomes RM1,500, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit promotion terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household and per IP address.

6VIP Programme and Cashback

The pluang88 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is given based on the tier reached by the user — Bronze offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%.

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's ongoing betting activity on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to the account on the designated day and is subject to re-wagering requirements before withdrawal.

7Game Rules

All games offered on the pluang88 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, sic bo and crash games — are run using systems that are certified and independently audited to ensure fairness.

Game results are final and cannot be contested unless there is a clear technical error.
